
Living Well's Positive Life Club is a six-week course for people looking to gain clarity about what they want from life and find the motivation to get there. Life Clubs are a life-enhancing and empowering 6-week workshop series that provides a structure for participants to examine their lives while simultaneously building community. Living Well Life Clubs use forward moving dialogue so people don’t get stuck in negative thought patterns, and encourages participants to embrace change, challenge assumptions, and live accountably. Each week we work interactively on a particular topic in one of these areas that make up different aspects of your life such as organization, focus, confidence or change.
Participants also conduct a thought-provoking assessment of their happiness and satisfaction in different areas, rating their happiness in areas such as love and romance, health and fitness, work, money, and spirituality. Participants are given diary sheets each week and are encouraged to take daily notes about the insights and successes they experience as a result of each new learning.
